"We must be willing to get rid of the life we've planned, so as to have the life that is waiting for us"
Each morning I watch the sun spill through the school bus and despite how cold or tired I may be, I am reminded of why I am there. It's one of life's simple pleasures that I enjoy every day. I am so blessed that my life has brought me here. A year ago I was schlepping around lighting equipment for some pompous fashion photographer (who probably doesn't remember my name) and constantly questioning the value of what I was doing. I am very fortunate that my mom challenged me to think about other avenues because now I am making a difference in other people's lives and the potential that comes with that, is endless.
